We had a delicious and fun experience at the Nova. Who knew that Wednesday night is Hockey Mother night? Chloe and Jerry together - so much fun! This is a jewel in Hudson!!

What do I think of The Nova of Hudson?!? I LOVE the Nova!!! It is EVERYTHING - casual, elegant, comfortable, celebratory... where else can you find meat loaf and chili gastrique on the same menu? They make a perfect martini, have a stellar wine list, have a menu that constantly delights me, and an atmosphere that is perfect for friends, family (sans little ones), and lovers - sit in the middle to be rowdy and delighted by the live music, or on the couch to "chillax," or at a "King & Queen" table to fall in love.
