Snow Removal Did Not Happen!! 4 days after the storm and the snow still hasn't been removed! They don't answer phones, and they don't return texts or emails. Evidenced by all their phones lines having Full voicemails. Horrible company. I had Back Surgery 3 weeks ago, and they totally failed me.
