I truly don’t know how this place even has above a 3 star rating. I’ve been here for 1 month and there’s been a long list of aggravating factors about this complex. Upon move in day, they had nothing organized for me or my husband. No keys ready, no “welcome home” or any sort of information about the complex, rules, or even where are apartment was. We were never given a mail key until we had finally went down and asked for one ourselves. We were given only 1 key to our apartment and with how much we already were not trusting... read more
I had such a great experience working with Anyna! She has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and has always been so patient and understanding with all of our questions. She took the time to explain everything to us and made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. We truly appreciate all of her help and how responsive and welcoming she has been.
