Stay Away – Management is a Nightmare When we initially moved in, everything seemed fine. The apartment was okay, and we didn’t have many complaints. But everything went downhill after the management changed. Once Roselyfe Management took over, the experience became a complete disaster. The new management is unresponsive and clearly doesn't care about the tenants. Emails go unanswered, and when you do finally get a response, it's usually a one-word reply with no real solution. This place almost always has cops which is a red flag. Like just two days ago there were 3 cop cars there.
Wonderful staff! Tabitha made a huge difference and was personally available for most of our move in and afterwards. Answered all of our questions timely and made big accommodations for some last second problems we had. Thank you Tabitha!
I recently moved here since they are the only ones who offer short-term leases in GNV and the day I moved in, the AC was broken and we're currently in a heatwave here. Tabatha Hakke has been really helpful getting this sorted out for us. Will update here in the future.
