Our experience with this apartment complex has been exceptional. The new management took over about two weeks ago and has been incredibly helpful and supportive in providing accommodations to ensure we have a place to live come August. From the moment we toured the property to signing our lease, she was incredibly kind, SO helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we got the apartment that was the right fit for us. Very smooth move in process. Tabitha the new property manager has been very hands on with me as a resident and following up with any maintenance, resident needs or property concerns.
Tabitha has been incredibly professional and attentive since stepping in. She clearly has big plans for Centric on 34th and shows real dedication to providing the best living experience for the residents. It's refreshing to finally have a manager who truly cares—definitely a step in the right direction!
