The Nook On Piedmont Park

4.1

About this business

Located right across the street from beautiful Piedmont Park in Atlanta is the The Nook. Chill on the patio and watch the game on one of the many flat screens, and avoid a headache with The Antidote, their hangover cure. Local favorites are the Totchos, tater tots covered in different toppings like smoked salmon or grilled chicken. These nibbles are so popular, they have started selling them on their website, and even have a MACHO Totcho Challenge, which are whopping servings.

Took a smoke break & our table was cleared by an overzealous employee (which, as a manager, you cant be too mad about) & before our server came back, the manager knew what had happened, came to our table to see how he could make it right... this was some of the best service I've ever experienced. Not just the manager but, our server as well. Can't wait to come back! Ps.. bloody mary is on point! This place rocks!

It was loud. Music was fun. Obviously people enjoy it because there is always a crowd. Our waitress was a pleasure. The food and drinks were mediocre. Veni. Vedi. Vici.

I have been enjoying The Nook for many years. It's a fun place to eat. Lots of atmosphere. The Black Bean burger is great if you are a vegetarian like me. They have some killer drinks. Two things to keep in mind from my experience. 1. Don't park there ' the tiny parking lot is horrendous to get in or out of. 2, Don't go there if you are in a hurry. It's not fast food. They take their time. But it is a FUN place to eat and hang out with your friends. It's loud and rowdy on the weekends and if you like that, it's a definite YE... read more

The Bloody Mary is most amazing thing I've ever seen...an absolute beast. The Nook was one of my favorite stops in Atlanta...great food, great drinks, great service. Sitting outside on the patio was a treat! This place gets two thumbs up from Kristin Marie from Tampa!

Mediocre food. Medicare service. It is not awful enough to never go back but not good enough to want to come back. It is just standard bar fair.

As I sit here at the Nook this very second I am so highly disappointed.,i brought my friends with me to try the food....we drove up from Augusta, Ga...they are using a festival menu and you MUST order off of that. I think it should be an option of what menu you would like to order off of instead of changing the menu for people who like to eat here. I used to love this place but after today I will not be coming back.

Boyfriend and I have been here a few time and have always enjoyed our meals, but last night was a huge turn off for us. Tots were over cooked (perhaps cooked in old grease that should have been changed). Our silverware was dirty and wrapped in dirty cloth napkins. Waitress dropped our food off and never came back to check on us, or give us refills. We had to flagged down another waiter just to get what we needed. We probably won't be returning. Such a bummer
