Decent place to sit, but the menu is generally unimaginative, and the seasonal drinks are often disappointing in one way or another. Moreover, there are no alternative sweeteners as of May 2026. Go to cougar grounds.
Very lovely cafe next to UH! All of the baristas are very kind and welcoming. For the price point, I would suggest improving technique for making coffee drinks, I’ve tried their latte but it was too foamy, more like a cappuccino. The cortado as well, it was very foamy. However cold drinks are always very good and well made, perfect for the hot weather! The cafe is also always nice and cool. I would also suggest more care when cleaning, i’ve found a roach on the seat and in the bathroom.
I love stopping by The Nook on my way to work. The drip coffee is always hot and delicious. They have these fantastic little breakfast sandwiches. Great chai tea too.
