RecommendedFriendly and helpful staff (a second blanket was in the room within minutes), nice hotel in a calm area, lots of restaurants nearby.

July 21,2018. Stayed 1 night. Our first overnight in NYC. Wonderful hotel. Great location! The rooftop is such a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine and see the view. Loved the cocktail hour with different wines and cheese. Breakfast is a nice touch too with fruit, muffins and yogurt. Perfect before you head out for the day. All those little things make it such a great, warm, friendly place. Stephanie, Daniel, and Rosanie were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again.
Nice hotel. Rooms bigger than a lot of NY hotels. Happy hour with cheese plate & 3 different types of wine. Very friendly staff! Will stay again. Beautiful roof top that’s about to become a bat we are told
If it wasn’t wouldn’t be for the staff ( not entirely) that doesn’t make feel friendly and relax at all I would give them 5+ That all
