The noble serves up a no-nonsense menu of tasteful, housemade favorites, like scratch soups and deserts. Our menu changes daily, but follows a pretty comfortable template. We have a cozy bar (with pretty popular prices) and seating for 30. In the spring, you can enjoy every Milwaukeean's favorite-thing-ever, an outdoor patio.

The food is fantastic, no doubts about that. However the attitude of the woman seating people was domineering, to say the least. After waiting 45 minutes for our baked egg brunch dish, she rudely interrupted our server and told us that had she known we were going to order the baked eggs, SHE would have told us it takes longer to prepare, so why didn't we ask?! The food is always fantastic! You can never go wrong with whatever the pork chop special is for that day!
My wife and I stopped with friends for a late Friday dinner. The rude arrogance as described in other reviews was evident immediately. Service was slow, food was average and NOT hot and nobody asked how our meals were until we were finished. The table adjacent to us was served their appetizers AFTER their entrees were delivered. Four votes: unanimous thumbs down. Too bad!
David and April are always a pleasure, the atmosphere is cozy and the food is amazing! This is our favorite restaurant in Milwaukee.
