I expressed concern regarding the effectiveness of the treatment for termites. A technician came out for review and counsel assured me that the recent treatment most surely eradicated the targeted pest. Promised to work with a repair crew during planned repair of known termite damage to assess areas for further treatment.

Used No-Nonsense Termite several years ago and had new problem. They responded quickly, were professional in all their dealings with me and worked with me on pricing.
Kenny gave us the estimate and was there from start to finish. They did a great job.
I feel as though they tried to pull a bait and switch on me, and when i tries to resolve it through management they failed to even reply. We had a 1 year warranty for their service, they called 6/7 to schedule an annual inspection. Out of convenience i scheduled for 6/23. They said nothing about a 250 renewal fee nor did they tell me my warranty expired on the 14th when i could Have rearranged things to meet them within my warranty.
