Horrible!, I took my daughter here for Christmas 2013. It was suppose to be a Christmas to remember and all I remember is the horrible food and rock hard beds!! Thank God I paid for only one night! The bed was so hard my hips and legs would go numb!!! The Christmas lights are amazing but just go don't pay to stay there. The food at the Silver Station was so bad I was afraid we was going to get food poisoning. valet parking was $27. My Mother-in-law bought me a gift certificate for the hotel for christmas last year. She told them she wanted to be able to use it for a room and that we lived 2 1/2 hours away. When I called to make reservations at first they had no idea what I was talking about because it wasn't a gift card. Finally they told me it would have to be made in person. So my mother-in-law drove the 2 1/2 hours to make my reservations for an atrium room with a king bed (which took her almost an hour cause the desk clerks didn't know what to do w... read more
Two words: RAIN SHOWER! This hotel has all the amenities. It is clean, comfortable, and the decor leaves no detail unpolished. The staff was excellent too. I will definitely be returning to this spot when I am staying in the Ballantyne area.
Beautiful hotel. A bit pricey and honestly not sure if the value is really there. The staff was ok but not great.
Very nice front desk and great rooms. Breakfast was really good too.
The comfort in this place is just amazing, I stayed in here for almost two week and I can say that every morning I felt like I was well rested.
I was there a few weeks ago an had a great experience. A wonderful view, excellent food and very helpful staff. I am not a big red meat eater but I went for a steak, good choice, very tender and juicy, cooked perfectly pink. Oh, the downside, it is too popular. :)
