Jamie helped me realize how patterns in my family and major depression was affecting my ability to cope with daily life. I was really in dark place. She is easy to talk to and I could tell her anything. I never felt judged and even in between sessions, she got back to me right away if something came up that I needed her help with. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a therapist.
