I brought my sons here for haircuts and was really disappointed with the experience we had. I showed both ladies a picture of what I wanted (which was really just a shorter version of what they already had, no drastic change) For my youngest she didn't even dampen his hair, just cut it dry and cut it straight across rather than texturizing. She completely cut the hair in front of his ear off even though the picture I gave her it went all the way down to his ear lobe. Annalee is a magician & statues should be erected. I had color & cut disaster did not think could be fixed. Highlights & lowlights look like my childhood color & a simple bob was perfect fix. I have found my person and The Nine is the place.
