rooms are run down. moved in to a filthy room, broken washing machine, popped breaker, plugged dishwasher, disappointing!!. spent hours getting dishwasher cleaned out unplugged and usable. staff fixed washing machine but forgot to turn water back on. but, it is on campus and easy access to class.
Truly and honestly the only good thing about this complex is the location and the gym. When I came back from summer break, I came back to a mold infestation and had so much of my belongings ruined. We had to request a new living room couch and a new mattress because the mold had spread to those locations (which we had to fight hard for.) my roommate contracted mold poisoning and couldn’t get rid of it until we moved out.
