Over priced, piled trash in trash drop off and then charge the students for piling the trash. The elevators were out of order for 3 weeks. The building needs maintenance. They charge for broken things when in fact it was broken to begin with. Very disappointed. Thank God, we’re not renewing the lease.
Great housing for those in NEED. VERY expensive for a good reason. Love this place.
Do not live here, save yourself the headache. The location, gym and maintenance team is great. Rent is very over priced for what you get. The elevator has been broken for 23 days thus far with no timeline or compensation. I have to walk up and down 7 flights of stairs every time I come and go. You pay $85 a month for parking but the gate is up half the time. A couple days ago the parking gate broke trapping my car in the garage. I could not commute to work. Do yourself a favor and don’t live here. The only positive thing about this property is its location. All the elevators in the building have been broken for 22 days and counting. We were told we would get no compensation for the inconvenience. The pool is often locked for no reason. The WiFi is very bad. We have not had any WiFi for a week in my unit, despite a technician coming about two weeks ago. The hallway is infested with big flys.
