WiFi is always not working or painfully slow but when complaints are put in about the response is “we are working on it” when if they were working on it would have been fixed by now. The nine is the only place where they would charge $100 for parking but we are going on 3 months now of the gate being up allowing anyone to park in residence spots. Overall a terrible place it’s falling apart really makes you wonder where all the money your spending is actually going too…
While the location is very nice, this property is absolutely not worth the price. There is always some kind of issue, and the overall living experience has been extremely disappointing. I have lived here for two years, and during that time, the list of problems has only grown. To start, I dealt with an absurd number of flies in my apartment for months with no effective resolution. DO NOT LIVE HERE! I absolutely hate my experience at the nine. First off rent is so high for what. Gates of parking garage remain up allowing people who don’t pay for parking to take up space in garage while still charging $100 a month for people with parking passes even tho all the spots are filled with non paying people. Multiple appliances in apartment have broken with little to no urgency to fix them by staff and once it’s “fixed” it will break a week later. Gate for rooftop pool remains lock.
