Worst Experience I’ve had staying at an apartment EVER!! Additional fees were always added like when we already had a broken microwave handle and were charged $300 for a replacement, and when I had a family member staying at my place over the summer during the last month of my lease I was fined $500 for an extra tenant. Not only that, the maintenance takes multiple days to a week to get back to you and there were multiple instances of mold and roach infestations. Pick ANYWHERE but this place.
homeless people defecate and urinate in the stairwells and security is nonexistent in the property. they also leave the main door unlocked so the gym is full of people who don’t live in the apartment everyday
A very comfortable apartment with great staff and maintenance!
