Colin Murphy was my real estate agent on a recent lot purchase in College Park. It was a big property with three existing structures and some complexity. Yet Colin made it very easy. Person who called me was extremely rude. He calls me at the office and when I mention if he can call me after 5 he says "is this a polite way of getting me off the phone or are giving me the Heisman". I have a job and can'y use the phone, you are trying to sell me something the least you can do is polity say sure I look forward to talk to you. First impression are key and you failed miserably. Mind you that was literally the first and last phone call from this guy.
