We were out of town sellers and Brian handled everything we could possibly need. He even coordinated contractors for us to get work that was required to be done bid out, referrals for new hvac system, and kept communication between all parties going. When one contractor could not get the job done before closing, he negotiated the work to be done post close and closing occurred on time. We highly recommend using him for any of your real estate needs.

We would not recommend this realty to anyone. We had a bad experience selling our home chiefly because of one person on the "team." Please spare your words, Nick, no point debating it anymore. 4-12-26 Update -- Wow, you guys WON'T accept that not everyone loves your business model or had a great experience!!
