Brian understands the distressed housing market. The home needs a lot of work and Brian understands that market. While we didn’t not achieve the price he thought we could get, the final offer was pretty close, and the sale closed without any issues.
Matt was exceptional in his professionalism, transparency, support, and knowledge. We felt like we could trust him 100%, which was not our experience with previous agents who left us in the dark and couldn’t get us a single offer for 7 months.
