Just trying to collect my move in Items , no one’s answers the phone which is ridiculous how am I supposed to get into the apartment they are not in the office to give me key . Worst apartment ever they won’t call you back or answer no matter how many VM you leave a day
!! DO NOT GET A LEASE HERE !! This place has got to be one of the biggest scams around Gainesville. Sure, the location and area itself is wonderful, but these apartments are trash. The property manager Ricky is THE definition of a slumlord. He is extremely rude, and does not care about his tenants. We have lived here for about 2 years, and it has become the worst we’ve ever seen. When we moved into our new apartment, it was DISGUSTING. Just moved in the other day, nothing was cleaned, found old socks, old name tags, stuff on the ceiling, dust everywhere, hair in the fridge, bathroom, and the stove is disgusting, there’s is a hole in the screen, and for the rent I wasn’t expecting a palace, but at least some sort of cleanliness, ridiculous, do better for once.
