Please stop flagging my posts, I have freedom of speech like everyone else. Once again I have to live with a disturbed individual who chain smokes cigarettes and marijuana , and after respectfully attempting to talk to this individual about the disturbing matter they get offended. I notified the office about the matter months ago and they did absolutely NOTHING. My biggest regret this year is resigning my lease. I’m over begging people to take my maintenance requests seriously. Every time I put one in it takes about a week for it to be handled. You get what you pay for I guess. I’ll just spend a little extra next time when choosing an apt to save myself the headache. This place is unreliable and unprofessional. Would not recommend
The Quarters in Gainesville has gone downhill fast. The current “manager” has no real qualifications or experience, and it shows. Instead of fixing problems, he’s rude to residents and tries to smooth things over with gift cards. The property itself is in bad shape, mold in several units, and now they’re slashing rent prices just to get people in. That says a lot about how poorly it’s being run. The pick up of the keys were easy. The apartment i was put into was totally misleading to what i was shown. It was very disappointing. The AC was not working right and when maintenance came, the filter had 2 inches of drywall dust on it. The return is cover in mildew. The apartment was filthy dirty covered in drywall mud and paint droppings throughout the entire apartment. Never mind the random drug deal that took place outside my unit. I look forward to next year when my lease is up and I can move out.
