Dear Owners, I am writing to express deep concern about the deteriorating living conditions and unprofessional management at The Quarters in Gainesville. The current individual acting as manager lacks both a formal degree and relevant professional experience, and unfortunately, it shows. His behavior toward residents has been consistently rude and dismissive, and rather than addressing issues, management often offers gift cards to placate complaints. affordable housing, awesome pool, good ac and close to campus and shops. did i mention affordable?
