I cannot say enough good things about The Nexus Group or, more specifically, Melanie Valenti. Kayla A. is absolutely amazing. She gets it. She’s extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and yet challenging at times - but in the supportive way that I need. Would’ve given up on a few things a long time ago if it wasn’t for Kayla.
Scheduled an "appointment" here, lady on the phone told me the address was 200 Hightower Blvd which is across the street. Arrived at the correct address (100 Hightower Blvd SUITE 200) but couldn't find a sign that indicated which floor I was on from the main entrance. This place has a strict policy where if you're late they charge your credit card a ton of money, I bet that's lucrative. STRESSFUL, but I still arrived on time.
