We have been coming to this diner for several years. They have the best breakfast in town and a very friendly staff. The dinner specials are always delicious also.
We've been coming to Berlin Diner for years. The food is excellent and the staff very accommodating. The evening hostess always makes us feel like we are friends. Knows where we like to sit and our drink order. She is a real professional and an asset to the diner. Waitresses are the best!

We've gone there a few times and the food was always fine. But tonight I'm particularly annoyed with the crappy customer service I received over a $3 coupon!!!! My husband went up with the $5 off coupon and was told that he couldn't use it because the total has to be before taxes, and so he paid without it. Then I went back up about 2 minutes later to say we had a $3 coupon that could've been used and I was told no because the transaction was already closed. Seriously?!? Food and service was very good! Stuffed salmon was excellent and the honey fried chicken was also great! Server's name was Jennifer and she was just as good as the food! Very funny too!

I stopped by the diner a few nights ago and was pleasantly surprised. All of the staff members were kind and helpful. The dishes that came out were huge! Very pleased with the portion sizes. The happy atmosphere and overall cleanliness of this diner will definitely have us coming back.
