The office just disappeared without warning. They canceled several appointments in a row with different excuses and then stopped returning our calls. I checked the website and it is gone also. We were about to have my child's last testing appointment. She had done all the other tests and evals, (she said). We began this more than seven months prior. I was told they were waiting for pre-auth for insurance and that they were learning how to do that. Then I find out that our insurance doesn't require a pre-auth. I told them thi... read more

Things started out ok... super long wait list but everywhere in Las Vegas has the same problem. Finally got seen for an eval in Nov. They asked me to do some survives which I did. I was then told that the next available appointment for the rest of the testing was going to be in FEBUARY... Seriously.. but whatever. 3 days before the appointment they called to say they were no longer doing tests without preauthorization, and we would be put BACK on the waiting list (they didn't submit for the authorization until they day they ... read more

It is really nice that they know they are no longer taking new patients and yet have not bothered to contact any Drs offices to let them know. I guess your office doesn’t have enough time in your schedule yet patients that need help just have to wait around for your office to do their job. Imagine that would be an idea instead of staff sitting around talking about others and playing on their cell phones. What a concept, actually helping patients or doing their job 🤷‍♀️ I wish I was given an option because based on your revi... read more

Worst experience ever with this company. My child was on a wait list for over 4 months (typical wait, if not longer) and I could not log into the online portal. I called and left messages several times. I finally got a call back from a man who said they were having billing/insurance issues and that my child's appointment had been cancelled. I was told they would be on a wait list. Well, I called about 2 weeks later for an update, and they were #121 on the wait list, but I was told that the facility had a new provider startin... read more

My worst medical/clinical experience quite literally ever. 1st, the Dr's husband/office manager hits on females who come in. He disguises it in jokes, and then when he realizes he's made you uncomfortable he'll say "I'm not flirting with you, my wife is just in that room" and then will point to Dr Karmely's closed office door. 2nd, the disorganization and mistreatment of clients is abhorrent. I've had Dr Karmely drift off or zone out during sessions. I've been made to feel embarrassed and charged for being late (once approx ... read more
