Absolutely awful patient communication and rude front desk staff. Came in for mapping and was told the doctor wanted to do another location and bring in another doctor from the hospital. The doctor explained that it would need to be 3 weeks out to be able to get the other doctor. This required me to push back my follow up with my other doctor by a month. I do not recommend at all, if 0 stars was an option I would use it. Unprofessional and will try to blame you for their scheduling mistakes when asking to speak to a manager they will say they "cant get ahold of her" but she is in the office yet refuses to resolve any issues. You walk in and no-one is at the front desk you have to ring the bell and wait 5 - 10 minutes to even be welcomed. At my first appointment, Dr. K was thorough and seemed to really care - I was hopeful and felt like I was in good hands. Unfortunately over time I experienced the exact opposite. He told me that I had textbook vestibular migraines and to not question the diagnosis or what triggered them. Second appointment he kept referencing a concussion despite discussing my reaction to the migraine preventative medication.
