I have never given a bad review for any medical facility or personnel, however after sitting for an hour waiting for my appointment, I asked the receptionist who checked me in how much longer it will be before I will see Dr. Jason Rosenberg, she said there are two other patients ahead of you that he needs to see, it will be about two more hours. I asked her to cancel this appointment and left; Mercy Personal Physicians at 1734 York Rd. I hope others had a better experience than I did.
Dr Bernheimer is a very compassionate and attentive physician he is thorough and proactive with his treatment and I enjoyed my first patient visit with him because he listened to me and addressed my concerns.
