Hopefully this review helps someone. Neurofeedback helped my anxiety. The first set of sessions was rocky, but in the end it seemed to help and I noticed a difference. HOWEVER this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The woman who runs it, Ann, is horrible to deal with. For a social worker she lacks empathy and understanding. Neurofeedback is supposed to be individualized, but Ann refuses to make it individualized, she will try the “standard protocols” on you, and if that’s not what works for you, she blames you. I have only amazing things to say about the Neuroconnection. My anxiety had become overwhelming and day to day tasks had become difficult. Through the wonderful, caring and professional staff at the Neuroconnection I am able to function again! I feel I have been given a second chance and a new life. I will be forever grateful to them. These treatments work and I recommend them 100% without hesitation.
From my experience with the Neuroconnection team I have become a more developed and capable person. Previously easily distracted and unable to focus, I have now shed those bonds and can apply myself to tasks with deeper and more sustained focus. Highly recommend!
