As a parent of a Temple student living at the Nest, I can say it's a beautiful building with all the amenities you could hope for. The location is excellent, just a couple blocks from the southern end of Campus. Our biggest disappointment is that we had a conflict with the roommate that made a threat that he was going to hit my son and somehow the management decided that the aggressor gets to stay in the apartment while the other two roommates that don't feel safe had to move out. I appreciate how clean and well-maintained the apartments are. Moving in was very straightforward. The building's general manager, Kristie, provided the best customer service: quick to reply to concerns and ensured all my needs were met. For students, most, if not all, student apartments only allow you to stay there during a semester, and then you have to move out and move back in whenever another semester starts. Living at the newt was one the best experiences. Apartment is everything you'd want. Leasing office is very friendly always willing to help(especially Kristie and Sam). Couldn't recommend enough
Great place to live in! It’s so clean and everything has structure and organisation like packages,mail etc. there’s a big lounging area with many things like pool table,board games,tv,balcony and much more. There’s also a really good gym and several activities planned each month like pumpkin decorating pr ornament building or just breakfast etc. and the staff is genuinely so sweet and helpful. They’re always there to help with anything you need and go out of their way too ! I absolutely loved staying here!
