I used to go to Neighbor's, (quite some time ago) but the last couple of times I threw in the tablecloth. The final death rattle was a pasta dish; I couldn't decide if it was something I should eat or something to be used to spackle a hole in a wall. I would have chosen the latter had I not already finished a remodel. I've eaten in restaurants all over the world. There are those I remember for the right reasons. Neighbor's isn't one of them.
