Their company sucks here in Las Vegas, Nevada. The customer service and maintenance take forever for a work order to do. They do not contact you with issues concerning your work orders to let you know how long it will be to be fixed. Corporate office will not talk or speak with you if you have any concerns or issues with your property. They are all about money and do not give a dam about you. My wife and I ave lived in the Country Estates in Lakewood, WA for over two years and we are very pleased with our time here. Maintenance requests are completed promptly and well, while our dealings with the office are handled with grace and ease. Two people are worth mentioning in particular.
