I am very disturbed by this company and Reverchon Bluffs community. I moved here in the summer 2022. I paid deposit & pet deposit. Due to a family emergency I moved out early in January 2023. I have notice in November 2022 and paid early termination fees. I paid rent and all fees, forfeited deposits through my move out date. I lived at their Echelon at Reverschon Bluffs property from April 2022-Sept 2023. On my final invoice they charged me for keys and garage door openers that were left on the kitchen island and charged me 3 times for one month of water and waste. I have been trying for 6 months to get someone to call me back. I have driven 3 times to the property during business hours to talk to someone and could not find anyone at the property.
