I booked an appointment for 8/24 for a trim and hot oil treatment with Erica. First when I booked online I was made to pay the entire amount which was a red flag but I paid it. The day of service I was greeted by Peace who seemed annoyed from the rip (which puzzled me) and she informed me Erica was not in and that another stylist (Julian) would be doing my hair. Great Atmosphere. China is quick. I was in and out and I love this for ME!
I had a great experience. I met with Chyna who analyzed my hair and made recommendations to restore the health of my hair. She worked with me to determine a style that would best suit my needs and I couldn’t be happier! The salon was clean and had great music playing to create a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to returning for future services.
