Extremely disappointed in the service that I received for multiple reasons: I chose a stylist with over 40 years of experience (Judy) hoping that I would get the result I desired and unfortunately it was a disaster. I happened to do a walk in appointment to get my hair cut and styled while my husband was at an appointment next door. The receptionist was super friendly and gave me a card and a complimentary dry shampoo because it was my first visit there. Grace did my hair cut and blow out and was very talented and friendly. She took one glance at a photo I showed her and nailed it. Grace gave me a ton of recommendations about where to go and was just super pleasant. Lauren gave me the best haircut for curls I’ve ever had! She’s a great communicator and took her time to understand my preferences and how to work with my curls. The salon has great energy overall. Highly recommend.
I saw Kevin Lee at the Cook street location on a whim and I couldn’t be happier! He was thoughtful, listened to what I had in mind and gave me the best highlights I’ve had in years! I will definitely be back and would recommend Kevin to anyone wanting a great stylist experience!
Went to get my hair dyed by Gwen today, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!! She is so sweet and talented. I Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone skillful and truly passionate about what they do! She will be my go-to stylist from now on:)
