The Fresh Start team is very professional and efficient, I would use them again for any move!
I lived at the National for 2 years (2023-2025). I really enjoyed my time there and it is true that the management and maintenance team are top notch. In particular, Amanda and Mike really care about the residents and are very attentive to any issues or concerns. That's really what sets this place apart. I did also enjoy the roof deck, the great bridge views, the location in Old City and easy access to the Delaware River Trail and nearby piers.
My wife and I lived at The National Old City from September 2022 to March 2025, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. From day one, Amanda and Mike went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They greeted us with warm smiles and friendly hellos every time we entered the building, and it was clear they genuinely cared about their residents.
