Definitely agree with some of the above Reviews. Location is very ideal, access to 401 east and west is minutes away. Convenient close to plaza and shopping centers and schools. Property management is fair, although protocols regarding handling noise complaints needs to be reviewed.not liking that unit owners are being threatened if noise isn’t controlled that complaints will be forwarded to their Corporate Lawyer and unit owner/tenant will be responsible for all Lawyer cost. This is place is horrible. Worst experience living here. I would have been better off living in low income housing. Right now the AC isn’t working in our entire building and we are dying in the heat. Apparently they are “working on it” but it’s been hot like this all week. Infact my specific unit, the air conditioning hasn’t worked all summer. “If I could, I would honestly give this condo 0 stars. I’ve been living here for less than 6 months, and for a building that’s less than 2 years old, the amount of problems is unbelievable. One of the two elevators has been out of service for more than 20 days, the chillers/AC haven’t been working properly for over a week during this hot weather. I have been visiting The Narrative Condo for a month now and even with all of the pressure to have their AC units fixed, every time I go there I have to deal with no answer as to why it's not working, and a humidity that turns my chips stale within 5 minutes of sitting on the counter. They drag their heels when it doesn't affect them, only their tenants. Dreadful.
Great condos available here, location is amazing, security and PM are very friendly/helpful!
