Today 3/24/25 at 1:15p whoever is working the texting app on the phone is being extremely aggressive through text messaging and typing in all caps!!!! All I asked was to not be paired with someone that has burned me during my last month wax. She never confirmed a new person, so I asked again for confirmation.... absolutely ridiculous to be responding in all caps, super unprofessional! I had a membership for a little while and went a hand full of times (between life and a new job i didnt have the time to make it!), they were always able to pencil me in and they also made the cancelation as painless as their waxing! I still will come when the mood arises. I also ADORE their products! i finally have a nighttime skin routine i trust.
