I had an appointment today at [5:00pm], which I booked in advance. When I arrived, the staff was still occupied with other clients and completely unprepared for my session. What was even more disappointing is that no one acknowledged the delay or made any effort to explain or apologize. It felt like my time wasn’t valued, and the lack of professionalism and care was unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your scheduling and customer service.
love the workers here so friendly and they do an amazing job on eyebrows, very clean shop
This place is horrible. Will never come back here. Don’t waste your time. If I could give zero stars, I would.
