update: they ruined my appointment for my ENGAGEMENT NAILS keep racism out of san leandro <3 TW: sexual harassment, racism, disrespecting clients MALICIOUS and weird vibes I'm high-key traumatized by the nail techs and the front desk lady from my appointment!! Have been coming here for about a year. I get acrylic and ask them to make the nails strong- I never have has animal break or fall off. Good customer service. Would advise making an appointment.
A very unprofessional experience here. There is no organization or healthy communication between the staff. Not to mention talking about customers (while they are still in the building!) in their native language assuming you can’t understand. There’s also really big spiderwebs on the walls/ceilings so you know they aren’t cleaning anything.
Super rude workers and dirty.
