First time here and I loved it! I came in on a Sunday as a walk-in at about 2pm and was taken in right away. The receptionist (a young gentleman) was quick to greet me as I came in and attentive. My services were started right away by Laura. She was excellent! She was polite and spoke only to ask about my services. Once I started a conversation though, we started talking about the the businesses next door and weekend events going on. Es un lugar con falta de profesionalismo ya que pues se puede saber por otras empleadas del establecimiento que hay muchachas desempeñando el trabajo de manicurista que no cuentan ni con licencia para desempeñarse en el área y mucho menos con papeles en regla así que al ir uno como cliente se arriesga a que nos hagan un mal trabajo como la mala experiencia que tuve con Laura pésimo servicio y en mi segunda vez es que supe por sus mismas compañeras que no cuenta a según con su licencia en regla
Very disappointing will not be coming here again for the past couple of years I have stopped to visit this place when I visit Texas. They’ve done very well up until this visit. Me and my sister went in to get our toenails done just a basic package with gel and we wanted a design just on our big toe. Mine was a flower with lines and dots. My sisters was a heart with lines and dots. We waited an hour for them to get started, and then waited an hour after they were done because they had no one to do the design I guess. Absolutely did not like how they did my acrylics literally every single nail was crooked.
I was there today to get a pedicure and took my 7yr daughter for gel on her hands. Everything was great, until they charged me. They charged me $40 for my daughter’s gel, no manicure. I was originally told it was $15 for her gel. She ended up picking gold color French and I was charged $25 for that!! The price is ridiculous!!! I know French does cost a little more, $5 even $10 more, but $25! This is the first and last time I go.
