My wife and daughter have a horrible experience every time. They won't spend another penny of my money in this establishment. I've found them a nice place to go that will appreciate their loyalty.
NOT KID FRIENDLY! They are actually rude every time I bring my daughter. We love our nail tech but the owner and manager are not customer friendly. I've had multiple bad experiences but continue to come back ONLY because of my nail tech. If they aren't being rude they are fighting amongst the employees in front of everyone. It's always HOSTILE AND THE PLACE ISN'T EVEN CLEAN!! The owner has never apologized or made me or my daughter feel like welcomed customers.

It appears that, despite your patronage, you are unhappy with our policy that asks those NOT getting a pedicure service to refrain from utilizing the massage chairs. Terrible manicure and pedicure. Never even got asked about different packages they just assumed. Never going back. I usually go to Luxury Nail Lounge on 87th and came here for convenience but NEVER again.

Great friendly service. Clean and organized. I've used them several times and will continue for years to come.
Hands down best salon in Kansas City! My gel nails always last well past the two weeks guaranteed, I'm talking usually a month and a half! They have never chipped and always look perfect! The environment is so fun and I always feel at home! If you go, ask for Trang! She is so kind, takes her time and my nails always look flawless. They go above and beyond what you expect from a salon!
