I’ve been coming to The Nail Studio for four years, and every technician — along with the studio manager, Cassidy — is incredibly talented and professional. I consistently see Leigh for my pedicures, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy with her work. She is knowledgeable about all things nails and nail health, and her attention to detail is unmatched. You genuinely can’t go wrong booking with Leigh — or with anyone at The Nail Studio. Highly recommend!
The customer service was bad.
Love the Nail Studio. The salon is beautifully designed, relaxing & clean. Everyone is kind & engaging. My nail artist Leigh, is awesome. She is a great artist & my nails have never looked better. My nails are healthy as well. Leigh cares about her work & that is reflected in my nails. Love coming here.
I give 5 stars to nail tech Mickey for always making me feel welcomed and providing such great customer service . Unfortunately , I give two stars to the nail studio because the business does not cater to hardworking individuals who have an on call job . I respect the cancellation policies and charging a fee which I will gladly pay if I miss an appointment.
