my nails always look great but i have been using neosporin as cuticle oil for the past two days bc the nail tech filed my skin repeatedly and said it was my fault for not relaxing my hands lol .. not worth the pain or discomfort
I’ve been coming here for years and always loved the service, but my last two visits have been disappointing. I always schedule my appointments online, yet both times I ended up waiting about 10–15 minutes before being seen. On each occasion, the nail tech mentioned not having had a lunch break and then disappeared for a while, which caused my appointment to start much later than scheduled. I would never go back. The lady doing my feet didn’t do a good job. Didn’t even bother cleaning my cuticles. Seem annoyed to be there and then straight out was asking for a tip. Worst experience I’ve had.
