horrible place & rude staff dont go here. If your nail technician knicks u with a tool manicure THREE TIMES & files them down so much that I can't even keep it in the gel light and u tip accordingly (15%), you think that would be enough, but no. You will get called out for not tipping enough. super uncomfortable and unprofessional. Will tell everyone i know not to go here.

my nails always look great but i have been using neosporin as cuticle oil for the past two days bc the nail tech filed my skin repeatedly and said it was my fault for not relaxing my hands lol .. not worth the pain or discomfort
I’ve been coming here for years and always loved the service, but my last two visits have been disappointing. I always schedule my appointments online, yet both times I ended up waiting about 10–15 minutes before being seen. On each occasion, the nail tech mentioned not having had a lunch break and then disappeared for a while, which caused my appointment to start much later than scheduled.
