This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever witnessed. My friend left what most people would consider a perfectly reasonable tip, yet she was made to feel like it wasn’t enough. horrible place & rude staff dont go here. If your nail technician knicks u with a tool manicure THREE TIMES & files them down so much that I can't even keep it in the gel light and u tip accordingly (15%), you think that would be enough, but no. You will get called out for not tipping enough. super uncomfortable and unprofessional. Will tell everyone i know not to go here.
I love the employees and the owners son is so sweet!!
