The nails ended up good but it took much longer than the estimated time when I asked how long from start to finish. It took double the time. At first it was passed the time estimate, my husband came to get me I asked how much longer, she said 15 minutes more. Then 10 minutes later my husband came back to ask because it ended up making us late to a plan that was much later than when I started. Extremely Disappointed – Worst Nail Salon Experience Ever This was by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had — not just in Dallas, but anywhere. I called around 1:30 PM to confirm availability for a Gel-X service with soak-off and was told they had openings and could handle the nail removal. I arrived shortly after, only to have the entire appointment drag on for over 3 hours. The soak-off took 30 minutes — fine, but then I was handed a popsicle stick to remove my nails myself. Got a pedicure and the lady was extremely good. Very gentle and took her time to do a good job. Only complaint is the massage chair was a bit wonky. Otherwise great service and experience.
This place feels like the place I got my nails done when I was 13 and I love it! I brought my kiddo to the mall to play and looked at my toes and thought I don’t want to make another stop today. To my excitement the nail spa is conveniently located on the 3rd floor! They did a great job and the price menu is agreeable. Gel polish is $20 extra to a manicure/pedicure but considering it’s OPI I understand as I do nails myself. 10/10 will come again.
