I went in Saturday afternoon 1/11/25 for a gel manicure and pedicure, and it was an absolute nightmare. The pedicure was done by an Asian woman wearing glasses, and she was unbelievably rough and careless. She kept digging into my toenails and cutting off skin and nails that should NOT have been touched. She ended up making me bleed, and instead of stopping or apologizing, she continuously poured alcohol on my bleeding toe and used a dirty white towel to try and stop the bleeding. I'm NEVER disappointed when I go here. Friendly staff, great environment and they always do a great job in giving one on one time
So this my second time going to this location which is convenient to where i live. That's a plus. The first time i went as a walk in i assumed the older nail tech had an attitude due to that so this time around o called early and made an appointment. However when i arrived i might as well had walked in. I was greeted with the same attitude from the same person.
