Overpriced!!!! Went in for a fill and color change, was told I did not need a fill. Ok, onto color change, technician was rough, and nicked my cuticles while taking color off. Was unable to do my requested style from picture. Was charged for color take off, color change, long nail charge and fix of one nail. Brought two other people and was overcharged for nail color change. Was told while checking out that they tell the client of the charges up front, they did not. Will not be going back!!!
I have gone here for years and everyone s wonderfull! They always do a wonderful job and everyone is friendly and smiling. When we are in Virginia I come in every 2 weeks for a gel polish and pedicure---wonderful, wonderful, wpmderful! I always make an appointment. Thank you Sophie and Ann!
I love the technicians at this salon. Sophia, Anne, Fong, and Tony are great!
They left my black girlfriend in a pedicure chair for almost 30 minutes because two older white women walked in. Naturally they needed to be serviced immediately, so she stopped my friends toes in the middle of the pedicure chair and left her there. I would reccomend this place if you're white and don't like waiting.
The pedicure at this nail spa is excellent! The massage chair is A1!
