Today I went for a pedicure and it was the worst experience EVER. I have always loved my time when getting a pedicure, but I got so frustrated and upset because of how horrible my time here was and how my pedicure was. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!! I will NOT be back!
Omg!! I love this salon! Everyone is so professional, nice and they do such a good job. It doesn't smell strong like some nail salons, either. I took my daughter here for a bonding experience and all of the staff made us feel so welcome. I am coming back for certain! Thank you, Ya, Sophie and Angela! We will be back!!
I love The Nail Spa! Always so professional and always a relaxing experience! I've never been disappointed! I've gotten both gel manicures and pedicures. My gel manicures have lasted 4+ weeks, only had to get them done again because my nails had grown too long, the gel was still perfect though! I'll continue to keep coming here, and if you're looking for a good nail place, I absolutely recommend coming here too!

I love The Nail Spa! I have been getting my nails done here for years and have always had a great experience. Even when I moved out of Carmel, I would drive the 30 minutes to The Nail Spa because I love going there. I have always had the nicest manicurists and even through an ownership change, I have always had great customer service. If there has ever been an issue with my nails, they are sure to fix it.
