My friend won't write the review but I will. The nail tech was 30 mins late and didn't even offer a discount on the crappy set she did. When she was shown an inspo picture, she stated that the color choice and set would not look good and suggested changing the colors. Being the sweet person my friend is, she agreed and continued. $62 full price for a set that started 30 mins after the original time. My experience at The Nail Room in Pace Is always exceptional. The receptionist is always very kind and eager to help. The staff is remarkably attentive and listens when explaining my preferences. (as not all salons do this). I have been attending here for some time now & have always had a positive encounter. No pain either ,just full on relaxation -which is what I need after a long day and the fact that my nails are profoundly beautiful is a huge deal when I leave.
Janet was exceptional! Great conversation and focus on detail.
Had a pedicure with Janet who is awesome. Great experience will definitely go back.
Chris did a good job I prefer a more firm massage during a pedicure but overall was a peaceful atmosphere, clean and got the job done.
