The Nail service I received today was absolutely trash!! The nail tech was rude and act as if he had an attitude when I was trying to tell him how I wanted my nails. He got mad and told me to go soak off the tips 😒 I think his name was Ron or something similar. I did get a pedicure which was ok. I wanted my brows done but after situation with the nail tech I left…

Got exactly what I came for. Acrylic extensions and no chip. I was having trouble relaxing my thumbs so I think that’s why the left thumb (white nail) does not feel as secure as the rest, but they look exactly like the photo I showed her and the rest are perfect. Unlike most places where I look through the colors myself, the woman working at the front matched the colors to the photo I showed her for me. I came in about an hour before closing, so I understand there may have been some pressure to finish quickly. However, I don’t feel that the service I received was worth the $70 I paid. A middle-aged gentleman did my nails, and unfortunately, he seemed distracted and rushed throughout the appointment. Most of the time, he wasn’t even looking at my hands, instead glancing behind me, which affected the quality of the work. I got a clear polish fullset a week ago. I went today for a polish change $30. Horrible!!!!I guess I got the wrong person. Never again.
