Very polite, clean and friendly
This was my first visit to the shop. I was greeted with a friendly Welcome. Mia, was the nail tech whom assisted me today. She wonders with my nails!!! Excellent service.
I came in with a not so great set of nails from another salon & left with exactly what I wanted! Very natural shape & thickness for my first visit. I will be going back.
Yen is my nail technician. She is AMAZING!! She gets it right every visit.
I’ve been to this nail salon multiple times, and unfortunately, I have to be honest—the customer service has consistently been unpleasant. While they do decent work overall, the experience with the nail techs has never been welcoming or comfortable. The owner and the young lady that sit at the front desk are really pleasant. Today really confirmed it for me. I waited about 40 minutes to be seated, then another 10 minutes before the nail tech even came over.
