my first time experience was good. loved the staff, very friendly and helpful! it was my first time getting sns nails and I absolutely love them. she did a great job on them and my eyebrows. the Polish on my toes messed up about 10 min after I got home but nothing I can't fix. can't be perfect, stuff happens. overall, good experience.
