Very expensive only a few employees are trained for both pedicure and nail design service. Poor customer service.Avoid Trina major attitude doesn't complete appointments as specificed and she doesn't do nails. She was very ruff and rude. The guy at reception is not about customer service he should odf drinks but instead plays on his phone. Noone cares about the customers its like each person has there on personal business and rents a both, no teamwork.
I got my nails done here because my normal nail pro is on maternity leave. I literally decided to get gel x so it would be easy, but they still messed me up. It's bad enough it looked like I needed a fill on my thumb when I left because she clearly picked the wrong size. I wish I would have paid closer attention. I didn't notice it until I got in the car and didn't have time to go back. Anyway, I could tell when my nails were growing out that something was wrong. When you find a salon that's your own thats the best feeling. Jumping from salon to salon is not something I'd wish on anyone. Sorry for anyone who hasn't found their nail home yet 😔
