I've been going consistently for the last 2.5 years. It's so clean and inviting. I am always pleased when I leave, and all of the nail techs are so kind and professional. I appreciate being able to make an appointment easily online, and location is really convenient.
Michael is absolutely fantastic! He kept me smiling During the entire experience!! What a great professional job!
I used to be a regular customer, but after the past view visits, I won’t be back due to the rudeness of the staff. I realize we are all living in tough times, but there is no reason to be consistently rude to paying customers the moment they walk in the door. The place is not very clean, either. Luckily I found a much nicer salon on Lakeland. The staff is so friendly and the place is spotless.
