Overall Awful service. Starting, they glued the acrylic to my literal skin not even touching my nails. No attention to detail on the shaping. Asked for square and most of them are almost duck shaped or crooked. I included the inspiration picture all i asked was for them to be square instead of almond. These were nails for a last minute wedding that I now have to find someone to fix or file them off when I just paid $80 for awful service.
I’ve been coming to the nail lounge for a while now. My nail tech is Lyly! And she’s has shown me great customer service every time! Please go visit the nail lounge if you haven’t already.

Lilly is absolutely amazing! She does my nails regularly and never disappoints. Her attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism are unmatched. My nails last, look beautiful, and I constantly get compliments. She’s also super sweet and makes the whole experience relaxing and fun. I wouldn’t go to anyone else
Lily did an amazing job on my nails! I came in a couple of weeks ago and asked if she could recreate a pink design in blue. She nailed it. She followed the inspiration photo exactly, and my nails still look flawless even after all this time. The environment at the salon was warm, welcoming, and professional. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend.
