I'm only giving a 1 star review because it requires me to do so in order to write this review but the way I was treated running 5 minutes late to my appointment was uncalled for. I had been in a loyal customer for years and I was running just 5 minutes due to heavy traffic after an accident. The nail tech that I had an appointment with called me to ask if I was nearby and I explained my situation to him.
