FIrst of all, I scheduled an pedi with Mik, she didn't keep to her schedule so I was supposed to wait. I decided to get a pedi with a different tech instead of waiting 20 min because I was on a schedule of my own. Main complaint: I was cut, to the point where my cuticle would not stop bleeding. They made me pay full price. The nail art looked like 6 yr old did it. The manager did not even apologize for any of this. I had to ask for a piece of ice, and hold it onto my toe, to stop the bleeding. I hope I don't get an infection... read more

Mik is amazing. She does a great job; knows her clients and her products. I appreciate her familiarity with me and my preferences. It is a clean salon with current, up-to-date products and procedures.

Well I wasn't impressed at all me and my sister went in last night to get her a full set and me a pedi. The women who did mine was rude, did a rush job like talking 10 min and didn't even do it right. I will not be returning to them. She wouldn't even talk to her customer she was more worried bout talking to her friend than the person who was paying her for her service. I would rather pay more and go to nail city because at least they do a Damm good job and take time to make sure it was right and u was satisfied

I went there to get a fill. I was in there for 2 1/2 hours! When I left my nails still weren't dry 3 hours later. They obviously got destroyed even though I was basically handicap most of the day waiting for them to set. They must have horribly old polish! Also while I was waiting for them to dry and were so rude, like I was taking up too much space in the salon. Officially never going back.

This place was awful! I had acrylic tips on that I had gotten done in NY and wanted to get them removed and a new set put on. I was told to go to the salon to have them remove the old acrylics since just pulling them off can cause damage to your nails. They didn't even soak my nails in any kind of polish remover! He cut down my nails and then ripped them off with the help of a plastic nail tip. It hurt so bad! I was treating my friend to a pedicure and we made appointments. We waited 45 min. before they sent us back to the pedicure thrones where we waited another 15 min. My friend got hers first and it took 15 min. Her cuticle was never pushed or cut and her calluses weren't filed or nipped. I then had mine same thing my nails were cut no filing and I had callluses and they were not filed my cuticles are still ragged and when she polished I still had the broken nail I told her it looked bad and she had someone else come fix it. Pretty much the worst place in town. Thus they have to have discount deals just to get people in the door. They only have two people that work there all the time and those two people are not Lawrence locals. If you don't set up an appointment, you will probably not get in the door and when I did set up an appointment, I had to listen to the other customers waiting that did not set up an appointment bitching about how long they had to wait for my full set to be done!!!!
