I really love this place and keep coming back because the team usually does a great job. Most of the time, I’m happy with the results. However, on very busy days, it can feel rushed, and a few times my nails didn’t come out the way I expected. Michael is amazing — he’s patient, takes his time, and always does his job right. He’s also very sweet and makes sure you’re happy before finishing. Overall, it’s a great salon, but I hope they can be more consistent and not rush services, even on busy days.

Great nail salon! Ever since I started coming here, my nails grow so long and they haven't broken. I always walk-in and each nail technician does a very good job on my nails.
This is the best place I have tried in Lubbock. Very clean & nice on the inside. They take their time and don’t rush even if they are busy. If you get a chance get an appointment with Ann! They are all good though!
